Customer reactivation, done for you

Your next 20 customers are already in your files.

We go through the customers who stopped coming in, write each one a message that sounds like it came from you, and send it. No new ad spend. No new leads to chase.

The math

Most of your list has gone quiet.

Every business has them — the people who came once or twice, liked it fine, and drifted. They're not angry. They just forgot. Reaching them costs a fraction of finding someone new, because you already paid to find them the first time.

Illustration only — actual response depends on your list, your industry, and how long people have been gone. We'll give you a real estimate after looking at your data.

Gone quiet Came back

How it works

Three steps, and you're only in one of them.

STEP 01

You send us your customer list

An export from your booking system, POS, or CRM. Names, last visit date, and a phone number or email is enough. If you can't get the export, we'll walk you through it.

STEP 02

We write the messages

Each one references what that person actually bought and how long it's been. We handle opt-out language, quiet hours, and length limits. You review the batch and approve it.

STEP 03

Replies land with your team

Messages go out on a schedule. Anyone who answers gets routed straight to whoever books your appointments. You get a report at the end of the month.

Who it's for

Any business where customers are supposed to come back.

If you have repeat visits, a booking calendar, or a service that runs on a cycle, you have a dormant list. We've built campaigns across a range of industries:

Dental & orthodontic practices Restaurants & cafés Med spas & aesthetics Salons & barbershops Chiropractic & physical therapy Auto repair & detailing Veterinary clinics Gyms & fitness studios Optometry Home services & trades Pet grooming & boarding Landscaping & lawn care Dermatology Tutoring & music schools Not listed? Pricing

Quoted against your list, not off a menu.

What you pay depends on how many customers have gone quiet and what one of them is worth to you. Send us the export and you'll have a flat number back, in writing, before you commit to anything.

What sets the number

  • How many customers have gone quiet
  • What an average visit is worth to you
  • Whether it's one campaign or an ongoing program
  • Text, email, or both

A practice with 400 lapsed patients and a 5,000-name list are different jobs. We quote after we've seen yours.

Always included

In every engagement

  • Every message written and reviewed before it sends
  • Opt-out handling and quiet-hour scheduling
  • Replies routed to whoever books your appointments
  • A monthly report on what came back
  • No setup fee, no percentage of your revenue

Questions

The things owners ask first.

What exactly do you need from me?

A customer export with names, contact details, and last visit or purchase date. Most booking systems and POS platforms can produce this in a few clicks. After that, roughly 20 minutes a month to approve messages.

Is text messaging my old customers legal?

It depends on how those customers were added to your list and where you operate. We only message people who gave you their number in the course of doing business with you, we include opt-out language on every message, we honor STOP immediately, and we schedule inside permitted hours. We are not attorneys — if your list came from somewhere unusual, have a lawyer look at it before we send.

Will these sound like a robot wrote them?

That's the part we spend the most time on. Messages reference the specific person, what they bought, and how long it's been — and they're written in whatever voice you actually use with customers. You read every batch before it goes out, and you can rewrite anything.

What happens when someone replies?

The reply goes to whoever handles your bookings, by text or email, with the customer's history attached so they're not starting cold. We don't book appointments for you and we don't answer as you.

How long until I see anything?

First campaign usually goes out within a week of receiving your list. Replies start the same day it sends. Whether that turns into bookings depends on your list and your follow-up.

Can you do email instead of text?

Yes, and for some lists it's the better choice — especially older lists or industries where texting feels intrusive. We'll tell you which one your data supports.
